President – James Billings, PhD. LMFT
James has a B.S. from Brigham Young University, M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Luteran University and a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University. James currently works as Clinical Director for Caritas Counceling Serivces of Catholic Charitities San Bernardino/Riverside. He is also Asst. Professor for Northcentral University's Master/Ph.D. MFT program. He also works as an independent research and evaluation consultant.

Pam Hart, M.A., MFT graduated with a master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Pepperdine University in 1994. She has a private practice in Hesperia, California. She also works part-time at Loma Linda University as a supervisor for trainees and as an adjunct instructor. She served on the CAMFT state board from 2002 - 2006, and on the Inland Empire chapter board from 2003 to present.

Financial Officer – Ben Zinke, MS
Ben Zinke graduated with a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University in 2006 and is continuing his education at Loma Linda by pursuing a Ph.D. in Family Studies. He is currently working as an intern at the Christian Counseling Center International. He is also working as a mediator for the Moreno Valley Small Claims Court.

Carolyn Dodd, MS, MFT, graduated with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Stanislaus State University in 1988. She has experience working with intimate partner abuse, emotionally disturbed children and pregnant and postpartum women. She served on the board for Valley Sierry Chapter of CAMFT from 1991 to 1993 and on the Inland Empire chapter board from 2006 to present.
